The department head of the electric department. The gaffer works directly with the DP to design and execute the lighting plan — from budgeting the power needs and ordering the package to leading the G&E team through each setup. Our Treasure Coast gaffers have commercial, corporate, music video, and documentary credits and know our Aputure and Amaran inventory inside out.
The gaffer's second-in-command and department coordinator. The best boy electric manages the gear list, handles truck logistics, coordinates the electric crew, and maintains the equipment during production. Essential for multi-day shoots and productions with larger lighting packages where the gaffer needs to stay focused on the creative side of the work.
The department head of the grip department, working in parallel with the gaffer and DP. The key grip oversees all rigging — C-stands, overhead frames, flags and diffusion, dolly moves, and any specialty mount. On smaller Treasure Coast productions the key grip often functions as a swing, handling grip and electric setups in collaboration with the gaffer. Our key grips know how to move fast on location without sacrificing safety.
The key grip's second and gear coordinator for the grip department. The best boy grip manages the grip truck, tracks the hardware inventory, and coordinates grip crew positioning on larger productions. On smaller shoots this position often combines with a swing role handling both electric and grip tasks as directed by the gaffer and key grip.
A versatile set position that handles grip and electric tasks as directed by the department heads. G&E swings are the workhorse of smaller Treasure Coast productions — running stingers, setting C-stands, positioning flags, assisting the gaffer with fixture placement, and keeping the set moving efficiently. Our network includes experienced swings comfortable with both departments.
Set PAs are the entry-level production role that keeps everything running. Our Treasure Coast PA network includes reliable, production-tested individuals comfortable on professional sets — handling walkie communication, set lockup, craft services support, gear runs, and any department-specific tasks as directed. PAs are available for both set work and office/runner roles.

Rates shown are Treasure Coast market ranges for 10-hour days. Rates vary by experience level, production type, and market conditions. Overtime, kit fees, and mileage may apply depending on crew member and distance. All rates confirmed when you book — no surprises on invoice day.
