Package FAQs

Can I mix items from different packages or swap gear?

Yes. Packages are starting points. After loading a package into your cart, browse the gear catalog to add or swap individual items. Package renters receive 15% off all individual add-on items. If you need a fully custom pull, call us at 772.643.8520.

What are my transport and delivery options?

You have three options. Pickup at Felt Studios — free, you load and transport the gear yourself from our Vero Beach facility. Felt Studios delivers and retrieves — our crew brings the full package to your set and picks it up at wrap; transport is quoted separately based on mileage, and local jobs within Indian River County are often accommodated at no charge. You tow our trailer — if you have a suitable tow vehicle and production insurance that covers hired trailers, you can tow our gear trailer directly. See below for insurance requirements.

Can I tow your trailer myself, and what does that require?

Yes — many productions prefer this because it keeps the gear on your schedule. Your tow vehicle must be rated for the trailer's loaded weight (we'll confirm specs when you book). Your production insurance must include hired/non-owned trailer coverage and name Felt Studios LLC as additional insured. We'll email you our standard COI requirements when you select the tow option on the quote form. If your production doesn't carry that coverage, ask your broker — it's a standard endorsement most production policies already include or can add inexpensively.

Do you rent the truck or trailer separately, without the gear?

No — our trailer and transport are only available as part of a gear rental. We don't sub-rent vehicles independently. If your production needs a standalone cargo truck, we're happy to point you toward local fleet options, but transport from us always comes paired with a package or catalog pull.

What if I need additional gear once I'm already on set?

Call us directly at 772.643.8520. If the item is in stock we can often arrange same-day delivery or a swap. 3-Ton Premium clients receive priority same-day support — we'll do our best to get you what you need without pulling you off set.

What is the cancellation policy for packages?

Cancellations made 72+ hours before your pickup date receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48–72 hours forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling to a future date within 30 days is always accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
