Yes. Packages are starting points. After loading a package into your cart, browse the gear catalog to add or swap individual items. Package renters receive 15% off all individual add-on items. If you need a fully custom pull, call us at 772.643.8520.
Delivery is quoted separately based on distance from our Vero Beach location. Local deliveries within Indian River County are often accommodated at no charge. Pickup at our facility is always available at no additional cost. Mention your set location in the quote request and we'll include delivery pricing.
Call us directly at 772.643.8520. If the item is in stock we can often arrange same-day delivery or a swap. 3-Ton Premium clients receive priority same-day support — we'll do our best to get you what you need without pulling you off set.
Cancellations made 72+ hours before your pickup date receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48–72 hours forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling to a future date within 30 days is always accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
