Payment terms at a glance

Deposit	50% of the rental total holds your dates. Not confirmed until cleared.
Balance	Due before equipment is released at pickup.
ACH / check	No fee. Preferred for larger bookings.
Credit card	3.5% processing fee added to the total. Secure link only — no card numbers by email or form.
Debit / prepaid	Not accepted.
Late return	Charged at the daily rate for each day past the return date.
